Cindy leads all human resources, talent management, learning and development, compensation and payroll efforts across the Heinen’s enterprise of 3,500 associates, including all retail store, food production, warehouse distribution, and corporate locations.

Tony Silvas, Panelist, Senior Regional Manager, Planet Fitness

Tony oversees the daily operations of 10 local Planet Fitness locations across the Greater Cleveland area. He also runs lead on all construction projects in the area including new builds, remodels, and re-equips.

Jackie Bissett, Panelist, HR Business Partner at Cleveland Clinic

Jackie supports human resources strategies and workforce needs for South Pointe and Euclid Hospitals. In her role, she provides counsel and direction to management in all aspects of human resources functions for assigned client departments.
