A Place 4 Me Collaborative is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing and ending youth and young adult homelessness in Cuyahoga County. Our work is built on three tenants that work together and inform each other to provide a powerful solution to youth homelessness in Cuyahoga County; direct services, authentic youth engagement, and systems change.
