The Employment Collaborative of Cuyahoga County

The Employment Collaborative of Cuyahoga County (ECCC)is a 501(c)3 non-profit that collaborates with over 60 non-profits, social service and government agencies dedicated to helping businesses access local qualified job seekers to meet their staffing needs.

We host hiring events and educational trainings to businesses throughout Cuyahoga County. These events help educate businesses on the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities as well as give them direct access to qualified candidates to fill open positions within their business.
