Karen is the President of W.F. Hann and Sons, the leading Heating, cooling, and plumbing Company in Northeast Ohio that has been in business for 117 years. She currently serves on the Board of the Better Business Bureau of Greater Cleveland. In the past she served on the Board of the Warrensville Heights Area Chamber of Commerce where she also served as Chairwoman. Karen has received the 2022 Progressive Woman Smart Business Award, the 2021 Distinguished Marketing and Sales Award, and the Business Leader of Excellence in 2019.

Faith Boone, the founder and lead consultant of Boone Logic, has a diverse background in journalism, public relations, and marketing. She established Boone Logic as a dynamic consultancy that specializes in content development, communication strategies, and marketing. Her passion for writing, continuous learning, and leveraging technology to create meaningful impacts within the communications industry is what drives her. Faith is a staunch advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She’s dedicated to supporting community initiatives that align with her values and mission, actively contributing to several boards.

Shiela has experience in organizational management, small business coaching, business development, and marketing. Her experience includes being the executive director of the Euclid Chamber of Commerce for over 11 years. Before that, she served as the executive director for the Shore Cultural Centre in Euclid.

Bonny is a State Farm Agency owner celebrating her first year of ownership on October 1st, 2024. She spent 30 years of her professional career working as a business IT consultant before starting a new career as a State Farm independent contractor agent. As a new Board Member of the CuyEast Chamber, Bonny looks to collaborate in a forward-thinking manner to engage the communities and businesses across the Region, promoting support, growth, and community.

Wayne has been president of a residential and commercial moving company serving Northeast Ohio for over 50 years. He currently serves as vice president for the Better Business Bureau of Greater Cleveland and board member for the Ohio Association of Movers. Wayne’s board affiliations in the past included the Warrensville Heights Area Chamber of Commerce, serving as chairman and treasurer, and past chairman for the Ohio Association of Movers. Wayne has also worked as executive director of the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce and president at the Beachwood Visitors Bureau.
