“Where Are the Workers?” – Team NEO LEDO Roundup Call
The LEDO Roundup Call is a weekly meeting presented by Team NEO and joined by the economic development partners of the Northeast Ohio Region. These meetings offer a chance for individuals to exchange the latest updates and tools related to the overarching themes heard from companies in their communities.
In this video, Reanna Karousis, the Director of Communications & Engagement at Fund for Our Economic Future, shares an update on the topic of “Where Are the Workers?”. She also discusses the lasting effects and emerging strategies for a more resilient, economically competitive Northeast Ohio that have risen from their current “Strengthening Workplaces” initiative. The Fund for Our Economic Future serves as a creative arena for philanthropic funders and civic leaders to explore crucial issues and implement effective strategies for achieving equitable economic growth, focusing on systemic, long-term change.
