We welcome Chris Volle, Senior Vice President and General Manager at JACK Thistledown Racino in North Randall, OH, as our newest Business Leadership Council member for the North Randall Chapter!
Chris Volle, a seasoned United States Navy veteran with over 25 years of experience in the gaming industry, is Senior Vice President and General Manager of JACK Thistledown Racino. In this role, he takes pride in overseeing all operations and guest-facing initiatives at the historic property located in North Randall.
Beginning his journey as a table games dealer, Chris’s passion for people, team members, and guests has driven his successful career. His enthusiasm for delivering unparalleled entertainment experiences led him to pursue the many facets of the business, including positions within marketing and casino operations. Today, as the leader of JACK Thistledown Racino, Chris leverages his extensive knowledge to manage a diverse range of features, including over 1,700 slot machines, a two-story gaming patio, live thoroughbred and simulcast racing, and six food and beverage outlets.
Chris is deeply committed to serving others. Whether it’s his family, friends, or the guests at his properties, he approaches each interaction with a dedication to providing exceptional service. When asked about her new position with the CuyEast Chamber, he says, “I’m excited about contributing to my community as a member of the Cuyahoga East Chamber of Commerce.”
