Congratulations to Norka Fitness & Nutrition on its Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting!

New CuyEast Member Norka Fitness & Nutrition had its Grand Opening and Ribbon-Cutting in Shaker Heights, OH, on December 21st, 2023.

When asked how it felt to open her fitness studio, owner Ashley Marchetter remarked, “I am excited about opening this business for many reasons. Norka Fitness and Nutrition has been a vision of mine since 2011. Coming from Akron, Ohio born and raised, not many of us actually get to pursue and live in their dreams and passions. And through my life journey I found my path is to help people live a better lifestyle. To help find a balance while becoming healthier and stronger.”

The features and services provided by Norka Fitness and Nutrition are a variety of group fitness classes ranging in intensities from low to high, personal training, nutrition coaching, meal prep, herbal remedies for physical and emotional wellness, massage and muscle release therapy, solo and personalized guided mediations in the mediation room, waiting room/kids play area, separate men/women lavatories, private shower for members only, studio space rental for events/gatherings, 4500 sqft of space and I am currently open and running classes, taking new personal training clients, and muscle release therapy sessions.

In attendance were Mayor David E. Weiss of Shaker Heights and Economic Development Specialist Silvia Iorio. Also in attendance were Shaker Heights Business Leadership Council Members Faith Boone from Boone Logic LLC, and Sydney Rosebrough from The Van Aken District.

Congratulations to new Cuyahoga East Chamber of Commerce Member Norka Fitness & Nutrition. This was a fantastic event, and the Chamber can’t wait to see your accomplishments in the Shaker Heights Chamber Chapter!
