Welcome Aman Wilkerson to the Shaker Heights Chapter Business Leadership Council!
We welcome Aman Wilkerson, founder of 369 Benefits Group in Shaker Heights, OH, as our newest Business Leadership Council member for the Shaker Heights Chapter!
Aman Wilkerson is a New Jersey native who has previously owned two businesses and worked many years with early-stage start-ups. He relocated to Northeast Ohio with his family in the summer of 2021 after a tour visit to Shaker Heights, and he and his family have resided there ever since.
As an entrepreneur, Aman realized that working for himself and advocating for other businesses was more of his passion. He wanted to embark on a mission-driven journey and shift his focus to protecting business employees. With that, he created 369 Benefits Group. His company’s vision is to provide access to affordable Legal and Identity Theft Protection solutions that protect the employer, employees, and their families. Coming soon, 369 Benefits Group is working to provide supplemental health benefits that will positively impact the community by allowing people to access affordable care directly or through their local employer. In addition to 369 Benefits Group, Aman is helping UnionPOS launch their Guest Lead Ordering Platform in Cleveland, OH. Aman is working on partnering with mid-large volume bars/restaurants/venues to increase their sales, enhance customer experience, and improve efficiencies with a unique approach to hospitality.
Aman’s commitment to protecting business employees is a welcome addition to the Business Leadership Council. We look forward to his dedication to business growth in the Shaker Heights Community.
