The Cuyahoga East Chamber of Commerce was proud to join Mayor Bradley Sellers, Council Member Johnny L. Williams Jr., and the community of Warrensville Heights in celebrating the grand opening of A Promise to Care EAST, LLC on October 17, 2025.
Owner and CEO Toniqua Walker, RN, BSN, hosted a celebratory and well-attended event at their new offices at 26210 Emery Road, Suite 102. This special evening marked not only the opening of a beautiful new location but also the company’s seventh year of providing compassionate, high-quality care to our region.
A Promise to Care EAST is a full-service Homecare and Healthcare Training company, offering personal care services through Passport, MyCare Ohio (Buckeye Health, CareSource, and UnitedHealth), and training programs approved by ODH, ODJFS, and the American Heart Association. The team also announced the launch of their newest initiative — legal education and services — expanding their mission to empower and equip caregivers and healthcare professionals.
Guests enjoyed a ribbon-cutting ceremony, the unveiling of a new sign, an ice sculpture centerpiece, a panel discussion, refreshments, and tours of the facility.
Representing the Chamber, Executive Director Steve Petti shared these remarks:
“It’s a privilege to be here. Congratulations to the staff at A Promise to Care on behalf of the members of the Warrensville Heights Chapter and all members of the Chamber. This isn’t just another ribbon cutting — this is about welcoming a team that’s making a real difference in people’s lives. And it’s about opening opportunities for caregivers. We’re proud to have you as part of the CuyEast Chamber family. We look forward to working with you, cheering you on, and watching your business continue to grow and help others.”
We’re thrilled to welcome A Promise to Care EAST to the Chamber and to the growing business community in Warrensville Heights.
