City of Warrensville Heights hosts open house at new Municipal Center on Richmond Road
The City of Warrensville Heights held an open house on Tuesday, October 18 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at its new municipal center on Richmond Road.
The event, which was open to the public, featured tours and a full-catered meal from Del’s Catering.
Guests toured over 40,000 square feet of City administration offices including the Building Department, Board of Education, Police Department, training and lunchrooms, and more.
Warrensville Heights Mayor Brad Sellers said the COVID pandemic hindered the city from holding an open house for their new location, and his team is happy to be able to invite the public in to view their new home.
“People have been clamoring to make sure they get to see the building that the people own, and we were happy to open it up today and it’s been a great turnout,” Mayor Sellers said. “People get to see the fine facility they’ve invested in and how it’s gonna benefit the community going forward.”
The event was attended by more than 50 Warrensville Heights residents and city staff.
