Welcome Judith Banks to the Shaker Heights Business Leadership Council!
Judith Banks, Braylon Health and Wellness Center
We welcome Judith Banks, CEO of Braylon Health and Wellness Center, as the second Shaker Heights Business Leadership Council member!
Judith is passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness and believes that education and compassion are key. As a certified mental health first aid responder instructor, Judith trains various professionals and community members on psychiatric disorders and crisis intervention. She has received much recognition for her work, including the NAMI caregiver award. “I want to simply strengthen the community. Great leaders can change the community and encourage others to take action,” said Judith.
When asked about her new position with the CuyEast Chamber, Judith said, “What I am looking for with the Business Leadership Council is to network with like-minded professionals who have a vision; to instill in others hope in their communities.” She continued by mentioning her intent to bring new ideas and innovation wherever needed. “Bringing about change as my niche is to ignite new ideas that move away from the status quo by taking action. I also enjoy meeting new people and seeing how I can be of value, adding to their own mission and visions.”
Judith’s passion for innovation and inspiration is a welcome addition to the Business Leadership Council. We look forward to her dedication to business growth in the Shaker Heights Community.
